Tor relay without public IPv4 adress possible?

Hi,
I can go out with IPv4 and IPv6 but I do not receive an public reachable IP address from my ISP. Is it possible to operate a relay anyway? Are there any tricks?

No, all relays must be able to connect to your relay on a public IPv4 adress.

Try instead if https://snowflake.torproject.org works with your setup?
