Tor Browser Connection Padding

I remember reading a spec by Roger D or someone out there smarter than I about connection padding and how Tor plans on leveraging this to help alleviate certain finger printing methods done by “bad network admins”

How is that coming along? I googled it but nothing came up.

I do know its an option in Orbot.

However is this something currently implemented in the desktop and mobile Tor Browser bundles?
