I want to use the Tor Browser without connecting to the Tor network. With earlier versions, it was possible to tweak Tor Browser to do so (e.g. somewhatflawed comments on Tor V 10.5 not working properly in non-proxy mode - Help please), however the v11.5 update broke this. Does anyone know how the Tor connection can be disabled in Tor Browser v11.5+?
