The email way to get bridges does not seem consistent with tor principles in that you only have two options and they both have severe faults. Gmail is totally compromised and Riseup is by invitation only and it wasn’t obvious how to get an invitation. This issue does not affect me personally, but it does make me a little uneasy about the whole bridge process.
