Tor Browser 11.0.4 on Windows 7 is just missing Tor Circuit window:
It was visible until the last autoupdate.

The page in the screenshot is the about:tor page which happens to be the homepage for Tor Browser. You can see the Tor circuit when you visit a website (for instance, try with torproject.org).

Sorry for the wrong screenshot. It happened viewing websites too for the whole last week, until I restarted the machine
