I am using Tor Browser version 11.5.4 and I am getting a notification to update but there is no announcement on the tor blog/forum of a new version and the download page does not show any new version of the tor browser available.
The rollout of the update through Tor Browser usually happens shortly before a blog post is released and the download page gets updated. There is a blog post now:
