Tor setup application not launching

Hi all! I want to preface this by saying I haven’t used Tor before, and I’m having trouble launching the setup application. When I go run the file, I get an error message stating the application was unable to be launched, with an error code of 0xc000007b. Any way anybody can help me out?
Tor browser version is 12.0.4
I have attached a screenshot of the exact error message.

Hello! Is this on Windows Pro?
You will likely have to disable ‘Mandatory ASLR’ in Windows Security. Navigate to Windows Security > App & Browser Control > Set it to ‘Off’
