I am suddenly finding numerous entries in my /var/log/tor/notices log that look like this:
Aug 22 01:21:46.000 [warn] Unable to store router descriptor
Aug 22 01:21:46.000 [warn] Error writing to “/var/lib/tor/cached-descriptors.new”: No space left on device
What does this mean? What do I need to do about?

Looks like your disk is full and therefore tor can't write to it. You
should free some storage space. Also check if there is anything
hoarding it. I once run in similar problems because I set something
to keep very verbose logs and they grew to more than 200GB (!) every
few hours.

"No space left on device". Looks like your disk is full. Free up some space, if you can delete some stuff, or get a larger disk. Probably you can delete older logs that are piling up in /var/log/. Set up a log rotation.

Hi,
It looks like your storage might be full, and tor try to store something, but can’t due to lack of space. You should delete files you might no longer require such as old logs or cache files (not necessarily from tor, but from your system in general)
