Network team will be releasing either Wednesday or Thursday (November 9th or
10th 2022) a new stable release from the 0.4.7.x series.
We've been working a lot on this stable version to add fixes to help against
the network denial of service. This is an important release that we hope will
help us fight this DoS better.
