Tor Browser cannot make connection

Hi, I have encountered a problem on using Tor Browser (version 11.04) on my Windows 10 computer in office. It has difficulty of making connection to the Tor network (not always, but 4 out of 5 times), Meanwhile, the Tor mode of Brave browser can run just fine on the same computer. I have tried several different connection mode with Tor Browser but none works. Since the my office network uses firewall with rules controlled by the organization that I have no access. Is there anything else I can try in order to use Tor Browser here ? The Tor log messages are as below :

I have just tried another time without bridges and the Tor log is different, but still unable to connect to the Tor network. Anyone has idea about this issue ?
