Tor Browser 11.0.13 Snowflake and Meek-Azure are broken, and never connect. Any OS.

Seems like this is an ongoing issue that gets resolved occasionally, then is broken for a long time.

If there are not enough developers able to work on this, why not just remove those options?

I’m able to bootstrap with Snowflake using Tor Browser 11.0.13. Can you paste the tor connection log output? That might give us a clue as to what’s going on with your setup.
