Hi, I am trying to run a TOR bridge on my server 2012 R2, to help circumvent censorship. I followed the TOR Project document but seems like my TOR bridge is not active. I am not able to see the “notice.log” file in c:\users%username%\AppData\Roaming\TOR folder and here is the output of the “tor.exe -f torrc” command:
