Below are the major changes of the released versions and links to more detailed release notes.
Stable
We are releasing today two stable releases from the two series we are still maintaining. that is 0.4.5.x and 0.4.7.x
Very minor changes on both releases except for a major change on the directory authority side. We are rotating moria1’s identity key (see rotate moria1's relay identity and v3 identity keys (#40722) · Issues · The Tor Project / Core / Tor · GitLab).
The 0.4.5.x release contains the fix for TROVE-2021-009 which is already released in 0.4.7.11 couple weeks ago.
Please note that 0.4.5.x series will be End-Of-Life (EOL) on Feb 15th, 2023 and so we strongly recommend to use our latest 0.4.7.x.
