Below are the major changes of the released versions and links to more detailed release notes.
Alpha
This is our fourth alpha in the 0.4.7.x series. It contains the negotiation part of the congestion control work which is also the last remaining piece of this huge piece of work. You can find the proposal (prop324) here:
There are also several bugfixes including some major ones. We recommend all relay operators running an alpha to upgrade. See the ChangeLog below for more details.
We expect to probably have another alpha after this and then onto probably one or two at maximum release candidate and then stable. Again, these are estimates and based on a best effort.
