Relay loosing connection

Hi,
I set up a middle relay, but when starting, it seems that it is loosing its connection.

My torrc file looks like this

SocksPort 0
Log notice file /var/log/tor/notices.log
RunAsDaemon 1
ORPort 9999
DirPort 9030 NoAdvertise
ExitPolicy reject :
Nickname xxx
ContactInfo xxx
RelayBandwidthRate 1000 KB # Throttle traffic to 100KB/s (800Kbps)
RelayBandwidthBurst 2000 KB # But allow bursts up to 200KB/s (1600Kbps)

Does someone know how to fix?

This seems to me like you have a firewall blocking the connection somewhere. Have you opened the ports on the firewall of the machine running the relay? And if you run this at home, have you forwarded the ports on your router?

Btw, you should configure the torproject repository to get a newer version of tor.

Thanks. Yes, firewall is open for port 9999 and 9030 and portforwarding is activated.

Have you tried restarting it? You dont have an address in your torrc and in your log i dont see the message indicating the automated address detection. Try restarting it a couple of times and look for External address seen and suggested by a directory authority: <your address>.
I don’t know why, but this address detection just fails sometimes.

I do not receive a public IPv4 address from my ISP, that’s why there is no connection.
