Ver 17 cant find help where to select the country

Press the “… More” button, then go to “Settings” and “Exit Nodes”.
Enter the two-letter code for each desired country exit. For example, enter:
{ES},{DE},{FR}
to have Spain, Germany or France as exit nodes.
Also check “Strict Nodes” if you want to enforce this policy.
A choice for selecting the (one) exit node country also appears after connecting to the Tor network, under the “Connected” status, the entry named “Change exit”.

This is what I did
Don’t use the VPN. ONLY RUNNING BEHIND FIREWALL VPN
Did as you said
Still not connected, even after I press connect button.
The I swiped on the phone itself from the top down. There it said NOT CONNECTED
AFTER I connected from there everything was O.k.
Then I couldn’t see the complete start of Orbot screen.
Went into administrator menu and set
THE MINIMUM WIDTH
from 360 to 400
Only then I could see the complete Orbot front screen
Connected
Choose apps
Change exit
Refresh
Turn Tor off
Screen resolution 1080 x 1920
Screen density = 423 dpi
Are there any pdf manual for Orbot 17 with all specs
