With:
Tor version 0.4.7.13.
Tor is running on Linux with Libevent 2.1.12-stable, OpenSSL 3.0.2, Zlib 1.2.11, Liblzma 5.2.5, Libzstd 1.4.8 and Glibc 2.35 as libc.
Tor compiled with GCC version 11.3.0
on Ubuntu 22 I set my exit to be in Portugal

and I see issues:

Not that I have check every country code but so far it’s only PT with which Tor “fails”.
