Since a few time, when I open tor browser, it sometimes doesn’t connect.
The page ‘Privacy is a human right’ does not appear but a blank page. If I do a search, it answers that the browser is not connected.
All the connections are effective (computer configurations).
In the parameters, “always connect automatically” is selected.
Launching an other navigator sometimes launches the connection of the tor browser.
Sometimes it takes more than 15 minutes before connection (without specific action explaining it at the time tor finally connects).
I use windows 8.1 64 bit.
Or browser 11.0.3 (based on Mozilla Firefox 91.4.1esr) (64-bit), standard configuration (as installed).
