Are there any mirrors of deb.torproject.org? Tor’s website is censored on my network, so I can’t upgrade my software on my Linux laptop.

If none of the above apply to your situation, you could try good old fashioned SneaketNet[1] - that is to say, acquire binaries from another system/network you trust.

@chris you can install tor from the Debian repository and then use the deb onion services to upgrade to the newest version:
