[Minor] Port config text gets cut off in advanced network settings

Issue description:

When configuring advanced network settings, the following sentence gets cut off: “This computer goes through a firewall that only allows connections to certain ports”. The word ‘ports’ is not visible on some configurations.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Tor Browser
  2. Select hamburger menu → Settings → Connection (about:preferences#connection)
  3. Scroll down to Advanced
  4. Select the Settings… button
  5. Notice the issue in the text to the left of the last checkbox

Suggested solution
Make the popup larger to accommodate the full text on different OSs/configurations.

System configuration

Just to note that the text cutoff is fixed on my system with 11.5 alpha 13, but now the Cancel and OK buttons get hidden unless I resize the popup (the resize does not persist; next time I open the popup, same issue appears). Same system setup as in my first post. Also tested on X11 with fractional scaling 100%, same issue there.
