Good ISP-Bad Updates

Update July 30 2022. Added more info and more VPS’s!

My Relay is doing 138 mib used of ram. 512 would be better but you only really need 256MB. I am running unbound as well - local dns resolver. If you running an exit please use unbound. If you need help let me know. I am number 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 for the US exit relays. 40 to 80 mib bandwidth per second. 10-40 TB per month average per server.
I will be adding more VPS’s to lists move the next few weeks. Have a look at around these are the best so far. Have spent many days researching and reading TOS. If want to do some research use brave search and look for offshore vps’s so many different ones! Brave is amazing for finding them for some reason. I am pro privacy and I want increase the amount of exit relays with ease of use! Without needing to worry about DMCA or legal threats. Privacy is needed more than ever before!

Hello @CookieMonster22,

Thats good news, thanks a lot for your info.
It would be good to share it with everyone by creating a pull request on GitLab to update the torproject website !

Create a fork, update the page content with your info and then pull request to the main branch. Then tor moderators will look your request.

Thanks

256 MB RAM for that price. How does your exit node usually perform with so little memory?

From this I gather that OVH explicitly told you not to use their VPS as a Tor exit. This is backed up from the section on OVH on the Good-Bad ISP overview. Don’t you think their policy should be respected? Forgive my directness, but I think it’s a poor lookout reputation-wise for Tor in general if operators are seen breaking hoster terms of service, even when explicitly told that exits are forbidden.
