Debian: Backup Tor Identity Keys

Hello,

how to backup the tor identity keys on a vServer with debian 10 (buster) - minimal? Permission denied at terminal and ftp client.

Hello @s3an,

Do you have access to root user in your server ? Data directory (with keys, fingerprint) is located by default in /var/lib/tor folder. Only root and debian-tor have access to read and write in this folder.

Perfect thx with sudo -su it worked. I was able to work with tar -cvf and then downlaod.
