Hello everyone. I’m going to move one of my relays to a new server soon and I’ll have to assign a new IP address to it. I’m curious, first of all is that an acceptable practice and secondly, is that relay going to start from scratch in case of reputation, flags, etc… or will it simply continue from where it left off?

When IP is changed, it will start from scratch.
Just to give an update for those who might be wondering the same thing, changing the IP address is pretty much the same as rebooting your server. You keep all flags except of course for the HSDir flag and your network traffic will go back to the previous levels within a few hours.
