Can I watch a video review that has been blocked by bots on YouTube?

I am hoping to watch a video review by SFDebris of Rodan that has been blocked by Toho and the copyright bots of YouTube. While part 1 is available, part 2 has been blcked as seen here

I am curious if there is a way around this with Tor

@animalia, the video seems to be taken off Youtube. Tor cannot help with this use case.

try use some another exit node ?

My bad. Given it said that it was blocked I assumed it was just blocked across the board. Not “off” off. My bad.
