I noticed that the forum has standard terms of service and privacy policies, due to being hosted by Discourse.
It is very important to add both in the account creation and login area, to make the user aware of this consent. This consent area, can be a simple text that makes the user aware when creating an account on the forum, as an example, in the attached image.
